No matter when I had a question or even found a house or condo I thought I might want to see, she jumped right on it, took care of it and made it happen. For me, it took less than one month for Gina to find the house that fit my needs and wants. I was also very impressed with how she handled all of the "behind the lines" work. For some reason, I ended up with two title companies representing me due to a miscommunication with my loan company. I was very worried that there would be a charge for the inspections that had already been done through both companies. There was a lot of confusion, but Gina jumped right in and handled the situation without me having to once pick up the phone. She is very thorough and genuinely cares about you which, for me, is a hard quality to find anymore. I totally trust her knowledge and judgment and when and if I ever need to sell or buy again, Gina will be the Realtor I use. I couldn't be happier!
