North Port, Florida is in a wonderful location of Southwest Florida and is between Tampa and Naples. The bordering cities are Port Charlotte, Englewood and Venice.

North Port is one of the largest Florida cities in land area but is only about 10 percent populated. In the past few years home building was incredible making North Port one of the fastest growing areas in Florida. Now that it is a Buyer’s market, competition is strong and prices for new homes are lower than many other areas. This is a great time for all Buyers that are looking for a great home at an unbelievable price.

Port Charlotte is located in Southwest Florida on the north side of the Charlotte Harbor and is North of Fort Myers and South of Sarasota. There are many canals and waterways offering waterfront homes with access to the Gulf.Port Charlotte features close to two dozen golf courses, including the Championship Riverwood Gulf Course, yacht club, tennis courts, world class fishing, shopping, parks, boating, swimming and much more. 

Visit the Port Charlotte Beach Complex where you can walk the shore line, swim or for a fee us the community swimming pool. Other options are tennis, volleyball, fishing pier, horseshoes and a boat ramp. Port Charlotte is an established area, yet still growing and offers a wide variety of housing for everyone.

Punta Gorda Florida is a charming and historic waterfront town. It is located in Southwest Florida just north of Fort Myers and south of Sarasota.

One of Punta Gorda’s attractions is Fisherman’s Village which offers unique boutiques, dining and evening entertainment. They also offer vacation rentals and a resort club. There are a number of communities that offer waterfront living, such as, Punta Gorda Isles and Burnt store Isles with access to the Gulf of Mexico. 

Other communities include Deep Creek, Seminole Lakes, Burnt Store Meadows, Burnt Store Lakes, Burnt Store Village and Prairie Creek. In Punta Gorda, historic preservation is a priority keeping intact the small town charm.
